This is fixed upstream already, and shouldn't be needed for the
upcoming kbd 2.3.0.
|

This way, warnings from headers that come from another package (in
particular linux-headers) won't show up when they get included.
To make sure we still track dependencies, use -MD instead of -MMD.

Also, switch to building from source tar archive so that we don't need
to import pre-generated parsers/lexers, and we don't need to port the
gen_charset_syms.pl script to awk.
