Updates the algorithm to relabel Pods with deeply semantically
equivalent PodTemplates keepting the target PodTemplate equivalent to
Spec.Template
Changes TargetTemplateRevision to UpdatedTemplateRevision
Changes TemplateRevision to CurrentTemplateRevision
Adds clarity to the relationship between PodTemplate Creation and
Template Updates
