Update moderators.md (#6293)
* Update moderators.md
Adding Bhumij Gupta, Pritish Samal, Sandipan Panda, and myself to the YouTube admins. Removing Jorge Castro and David McKay as they are no longer on the admin list of the YouTube channel.

Updating to add YouTube Admin region and timezone.
