Move Cluster Addons meeting time

	As discussed in
	https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/kubernetes-sig-cluster-lifecycle/VXrokx1Kq5U
	we'd like to move the meeting time of Cluster Addons to a
	friendlier time.
