Remove plan9port (at least for now)

We are now using Federico G. Benavento's UNIX rc port, and set the
default editor to ed.

Maybe in the future, plan9port will be re-added for the plumber,
acme, or something else.

There are still several more SIZEOF_* constants in curl_config.h,
but they seem to match for architectures we care about.
