fix /bin/wslpath missing (#106)
* add a wslpath symlink to PATH
* use an activation script instead
* Also add wslpath to the installer
* installer: use extraCommands to create the symlink
* wrap commands in shell script
* add wslpath to PATH through systemPackages
* remove -r
